Your prices are consistent and no one beats your prices so that's why I stick with you guys but it would be nice if you gave out the contact lens case with the order like you used to and how about a coupon once in a while?

Left a voice message on 10/4/26 for a call back to reorder. Rec'd a call back on 10/5/2026 @ 9:30a.m. (CDT) from Cathy. She was awesome and completed my order with no problems. She was very professional and informative. I feel she deserves a RAISE.

I placed an order over the phone for one box of contacts, expecting to pay $39.90, but was charged $106.59 including a $39.95 processing fee and two boxes were sent. The price I was expecting was the $39.90. I don't know how else I can be more specific about the quantity

HI. I do apologize for your frustrations regarding the processing fee. Upon review of your order, the agent stated the price per box was $26.95 per box with a $19.87 per box processing fee. At that time, the agent explained the processing fee is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. Prior to payment the agent explained the break out of the cost for the two boxes which was a subtotal of $53.90+$39.74processing fee+$12.95 for a total of $106.59. You agreed to that total by providing your credit card number to the agent during the call. We do send you an email confirmation as soon as the order is submitted that also breaks out the charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance on the breakout.

Great Pricing. Don't like the expensive shipping. But the prices are still better than others. Worst part is the sign in experience. If you made the sign in and shopping experience a little better it would be great. But I fight through it because it's the product I want at the best price.
