Almost flawless service. Small issue when trying to reorder the same contacts with an updated prescription with zero changes from the previous that did not make any sense, at least by the way it was explained. It was figured out and I received my contacts.

The contacts arrived on time ( I have ordered from them a couple times before the purchase) I had a problem with the first pair I put in, burning eye-redness and pain. I called customer service to report this and ask if there were any recalls. CS was rude and made it seem like it was my problem. Very disappointing experience.
