I received the wrong order - it was my error in entering BUT the difference in prescriptions was dramatic!!!!!! While I know they send to the doc if they get no response they simply place the order. So I am out several hundred dollars..... they blame it on a passive - or no response - from the doc's office BUT it is still very maddening. I have not reordered the correct prescription from them. I have been a loyal customer for years and not even being offered a discount on a correct order was very frustrating. Simply too bad....

I’ve been getting my contact lenses from this company for years- they are by far the cheapest price available- I also get a discount from them- had no problem returning at one point in time -and the customer service people are great-!!!
