Contacts felt dried out and couldn't return the other unopened 5 pair still in the box because I opened the box to get a pair out, I put them in and couldn't read a thing. Called twice and the lady was really rude and said there's nothing I can do because you opened the box well how the crap are you gonna no there no good if you can't put a pair in.
