Contact Lens King Inc.Reviews of contactlensking.com

Great. Just works.

They are fast and accurate. Great prices on my contact lenses. They even throw in a lense case.

I ordered replacement contact lenses from contactlensking.com on 2/11/21. I received an email 2/12/21 stating that the lenses had shipped and was furnished with a USPS tracking number. I called customer service on 2/22/21 when lenses were not received and tracking number showed very confusing information. Customer service told me there had been a storm so the USPS returned the package to their facility and they would attempt to ship them again this week but they were pretty backed up. This did not seem plausible to me so I asked to cancel the order and was told it was not possible since the order had shipped (even though it apparently had not.) The customer service manager told me that they would not cancel unless the order was not received in 30 days - which just so happens to be the time limit that most credit cards have for their disputed charges. From my experience with them, I believe this company is fraudulent and I have reported this incident to the BBB and the USPS to investigate.

Cheap fake lenses. I ordered a years worth of supply and they did not work for me. They accepted 9 months of return but not the 3 months which I had opened. I literally ordered the same ones from contacts cart (another online contacts website) and they were 10x better!

great customer service, contacts arrive on time at my doorstep .

I have been using this website to order contacts for a while now and have had nothing but great experiences. The shipping is fast, reliable, and they almost always have a coupon code you can use. Orders are always packaged in the appropriate size box.

Most efficient place to order contacts for me, they usually come very fast!
