Price was by far the best of all online options. Some vendors did not even offer 12 packs. There was a slight delay due to supply from the manufacturer. However, we were kept informed and then notified when the lenses were shipped. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased lens for my left eye (distance) and lens for my right (reading) in January 2021. Today I opened a new box of 6 only to discover the lens for the right eye were the wrong power. I called and spoke to customer service who informed me that they do not take back lens if the box was opened. So, now I paid for 6 months of lens that I cannot use. You get what you pay for.

I received an email specifically asking me if I received my order, and so I clicked on the link to only confirm that I did indeed receive my order. The email said NOTHING at all about doing a survey. Therefore, I'm giving you the lowest marks possible for your bait and switch scheme, for I don't appreciate it one bit. :(
