Contact Lens King Inc.Reviews of contactlensking.com

easy, fast and affordable

The contact lenses did not arrive within the 2-day delivery window that I paid for. I contacted customer service for a resolution and the agent was extremely rude, interrupted me, and was so hostile that I hung up. I understand if your policy is not to refill orders based on shipping company errors (although I think that's a terrible customer service approach), but the way your agent spoke to me was unacceptable.

They always have my contacts in stock and send them out the day I place the order. I usually receive them a few days later.

Always good quick delivery and correct prescription

good website, quick delivery, secure packaging

I’m disappointed that I paid for 2 day shipping and that it takes another 2-5 days to get the item to the shipping provider. So that fee is not to receive your item in 2 days. Otherwise; good prices and I received the correct product.

I shopped a lot of different websites before I chose this one to purchase my contacts from and they were affordable I have two different prescriptions in my left and right eye it was easy to order it was easy to upload my prescription and they had the best prices and delivery was fast I will continue using them

Have enjoyed your site and product for years
