I have ConnecTen...live out in the country so my signal strength changes...this time my router wasn't letting the company know its working. Mysti was my service rep...she got it working quickly and with EXCELLENT customer service....if I could give 6 stars, I would!

No issues in the last couple of years except one minor snag that was quickly and efficiently resolved with a quick reboot of our system via an online update. We highly recommend ConnecTen for your internet provider, especially if you live in your RV fulltime like us over the past 6 years.

The monthly renewal of services is very timely and accurate. Reminders come out in advance so that you are aware of your renewal and allows for changes if needed.

Excellent company rep call. Explained issues to me very well. Customer service has always been fast and responsive.
