This is better called scam warranty! I and highly reputable auto shop have been trying to get them to pay for failed parts that are clearly listed on the policy and they not only refuse to cover any of them (making stupid excuses) but they refuse to have the adjuster pick up the phone to call the shop... The adjuster says "sorry I don't have a landline to make outbound calls). They supposedly supervisor also refuse to make any calls or get on the phone. I have bought and paid for "premium" coverage for over $2590 and they've haven't paid any cover repairs at all. Now I'm going to have to sue them and report them to BBB and consumer affairs. Don't do business with the thieves!

Don’t fall for the fake reviews on here , this is a pretentious company just selling insurances and making money , they claim to have your claims approved but when you connect with your body shop they have not received any communication from concord , it’s been 10 days I am struggling to get a simple claim processed via Concord , please note I am a premium customer , when you call them they just take your name and number and promise to resolve it , but story continues with no response , also note they are closed on weekends so they pretend they are open but planting executives who take your info name number and say hey you will be contacted next day , come next day nothing happens , I strongly suspect this company is a scam operation they take money pass few claims manipulate google reviews , sales team promises a lot but when it comes to real approval on claims that’s where real service comes into play no response no communication, no tracking of your claim via their website , when a body shop submits a claim it should be reflected on their website but nothing no way to track it , if this company is really legitimate then this is fairly easy to implement given they are insurance company and claims are made so customer can track them .

We purchased a used auto warranty for our 2018 Dodge ram 2500 diesel. April of 2021 with gene Harris and his exact words said this is a bumper to bumper policy like a brand new car and it was good for a 156000 miles or 2026 whichever expires 1st, So we purchased the warranty for $3100 a year .and 10 months later, we were having problems with the truck. We asked them to check the injectors as the engine was missing, when they check the injectors they all failed .Those are listed on our warranty and concord as of todays date has only offered to pay $500.00. All parts per our diesel mechanic, states these are all on the warranty. I have called them every single day for more than 2 weeks and keep getting no straight answers. this is fraud. after filing the claim they cancelled my account, kept my money and never paid the claim. The above was files over a year ago. after researching this company , There is no business in the entire state by that name. I have since reported them to sec of state , BBB, state revenue office etc. to go after them. ALSO THE 1150 1ST AVE #501 KING OF PRUSSIA PA IN NOTHING BUT A MAIL BOX in a office complex. companies like this should be prosecuted . Update: i found the old corp in Broolyk NY and had my judgement served there on 0912/23 also they last known address's of the owner alon salman are as follows 105 oriental blvd #3c brooklyn ny 320 shore blvd brooklyn ny

They will do everything in their power to ignore you an extended warranty company is supposed to be there to help you not destroy you it did everything in their power not to pay me and the lies that they told me I gave him everything they needed and it wasn't enough run run from this company they are fake they're vultures enjoy my money I will never do that again

They will not refund you after cancelling the plan. I sold my car and they told me to wait two weeks. Too long. Past two weeks. They keep saying office is closed, call back later, system is going through update BS.

Canceled contract with them and have been waiting for two weeks for my refund , every time i call its the same story apologizing for it taking this long and if the refund isnt refunded backed in my account today it will be there tomorrow. This is the second Week and dont think you can talk with a supervisor because thats not happening. Just want whats owed back to me !!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. When it comes to high price ticket items such as Engines and Transmissions they will try to find any reason they can fit in to NOT pay for the repair. They claim to be #1 experts in vehicle policy repair coverage which would lead one to believe they have in-depth knowledge on what they will and will not cover before they sell you a policy. On 10/04/2019, I purchase their top of the line Premium Policy. This policy was to cover my 2012, Ford, Focus. When I purchased the policy I was asked if there were any major problems that I had had with the vehicle and I pssed on to the sales rep that I had the transmission re-done by Ford in 2018. I was told that was great and if I had the paper work to back that. I did. Come December, 2022, my transmission started to act up so I took my vehicle into a repair shop in Phoenix, AZ. The shop diagnosed the problem to being the transmission. They submitted the paper work that Concord required to have the vehicle fixed costing just over $5,000 to fix. After my vehicle sat there for over 5 days, Concord DENIED the claim and sighted a line, in the Exclusionary Section, that reads that they would not cover any vehicle with a TSB attached to it. Not knowing what a TSB was, I came to find out it was a Technical Service Bulletin that is attached to certain vehicles and Concord will not cover those repair items. No PERSON, outside of the auto industry, would know what that term meant especially you the consumer. They bury it deep in the exclusionary section and claim ALL companies do this. I tried to file a Claims Appeal and GOT absolutely NO Response from this company. The bottom line is that I purchased a policy from Concord in OCT. of 2019 and the so called TBS on my transmission was issued in AUGUST OF 2016 after FORD lost a Major, Federal Law Suit, in regards to my Vehicles Transmission being faulty. Concord should have known that they would not cover my transmission before issuing the policy however took my money any way. This shows the lack of transparency, honesty, and being up front with consumers. Al they will tell you is that we give you 30 days to cancel and get your money back if you don't like our policies. #1 RATED I think NOT.

THE WORST!!!! DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM CONCORD AUTO PROTECT. WE HAD IT 3 MONTHS WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH OUR CAR. THEY TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET BACK TO THE REPAIR FACILITY AND ASKED THEM FOR SERVICE RECORDS. HOW CAN WE HAVE SERVICE RECORDS IF WE JUST BOUGHT IT 3 MONTHS AGO AND IT WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR SERVICE. THEY DEINIED THE CLAIM AND WE DEMANDED OUR MONEY BACK THEY SAID OK AND WERE TAKING 20 PERCENT FOR HAVING COVERAGE FOR THE THREE MONTHS TIME. WHAT GOOD IS COVERAGE IF THEY DONT COVER YOUR CLAIM WHEN YOU NEED IT. READ THE BBB REVIEWS NOT THE FAKE ONES THEY POST. THE BBB GAVE THEM A GRADE OF AN "F"
