The agent I spoke with was Jeff B. I currently have a 2016 Lexus which factory which factory warranty will be up in May of this year. How do I know this because Jeff researched it for me. Went online to get a quote and within 5 minutes I received an email and in 10 I got a call from Maurice. He basically told me what plan I had qualified used my mileage. I got the best deal for three year or 30,000 miles. I highly recommend Concord Auto Protect and Maurice did an Outstanding job!
