I got an extended warranty for my car through Concord auto protect since it was such a good deal. It’s just like trading in my car, of course it took the price down. But with the warranty that they offered at the time of purchase, the price just went back up. Since we have a friend that’s a Ford mechanic at the time, we thought that he’ll take care of us. I did a comparison with companies and the others weren’t giving me the miles I needed. Concord was more fair as far as being able to go where I want to take it and so we got bumper-to-bumper coverage from them.

My experience with Concord was my first time with them they gave me a wonderful quote that was in my budget. Paul was extremely helpful. I will recommend my friends to them.

Had the premium protection set up with Don in preparation for a road trip me and the family were gonna take down to Florida. I'm glad I did that because my car didn't make it and thankfully for the protection.Michael was very nice and helped us get the car to the closet shop within 1 hour me and my family were back on track with our vacation. Had a problem with my 06 Mercedes e350 just a few months into the warranty and boy am I glad I got it. Michael was super helpful in getting my claim quickly approved. My AC was blowing hot air on the coldest setting starting 10/10 and I was approved and repaired by 10/12! Great service and amazing customer service.

I got a plan with concord Auto but before we did my wife and I had a ton of questions and they were knowledgeable ,helpful and polite .

I got to say that I couldn't have experience a more easy and simple process! They just make sure you are taken care off regardless of what issue is happening to your vehicle. They treat you like family and when you talk to Michael you just know that it will be resolved!! You don't have to jump through any hoops!
