Henry Scott assisted me with the purchase of extended warranties for our 2 cars. He was very professional and polite. Just one day prior I had been contacted by another company with some of the rudest bullies I had ever spoken with. Henry Scott answered my questions and didn't hesitate to give me full explanations of what the policies included. I was so pleased with his service that I left a message for our daughter who is looking to purchase a plan I am fortunate that Henry replied to an email I sent. Thank You! Colleen D

Patrick and Henry gave me the best possible service and value for the service contract on my 2013 Ford Edge. Thank you gentlemen!~

I had a very positive experience working with Don B. Quite frankly, my policy will not be effective until the first week of May 2018. However, I am excited about my impending relationship with this company and feel that I got a great deal for the coverage (Premium package) purchased. I will provide another review after I have been affiliated for a longer period of time. Thanks Don B.!

Jeff was a great help with deciding to purchase the plan from Concord. The pricing was very good and the no pressure attitude was refreshing. It was much appreciated since my current plan is still in affect for a few months and I wanted to do some shopping around before making a decision. Obviously I haven't needed to use the plan yet and with some luck will never need to, but it's nice knowing that Concord is there.

The transaction was easy. Price seems far and Ralph gave excellent service.

Ralph was extremely friendly and helpful. He found out exactly what my needs were and took care of everything from there.

I'm so happy with concord I got the plan the same time I bought my 2013 Lexus es because I wanted the car to last. To my surprise 2 months later I ran into a issue with my transmission and concord stepped right up to the plate and did not disappoint thanks for getting me back on the road and making the process of starting a claim so delightful! I'm very happy to have this service .

After my wife's dad told me he had a good experience with concord on his auto protection I picked up the phone and had Henry help me get a full protection plan for my Honda. Thank you for the good rates and grate customer services.
