ComplexReviews of complex.com

Please don’t ever buy from here for the sake of your own sanity . Ordered a package online paid $90 for it, never got it and they don’t do refunds so you’ll have to file a dispute with your bank . Trust me stay far away from this company . Also their customer service is non existent, can’t call them only email them and they respond with AI responses it’s pretty much a scam .

I’ve ordered a few preorder items from Complex and have always had a great experience. The items are always dispatched on time and though they are sent from US to the UK, international shipping is very reasonably priced and they use reliable couriers that deliver on time!

Complex is absolutely awesome! I was lucky enough to secure a pair of these limited kicks and they are awesome! The leather is buttery soft, impeccable stitching with vivid colors making these my go-to sneaker for the summer. As a collector I can appreciate receiving a box in good condition and Complex managed to deliver with out a scratch on the box. I am more than elated with my purchase and would recommend them to any and everyone.

I bought an item by accident and I couldn’t cancel because that’s the policy.I do not recommend for anyone

Horrible customer service. They don't cancel orders, and then was working through cancelling an item and was told no cancellations or shipping refunds. Fine. I left them good feedback for trying and moved on, and sold the shirt. Then they came back saying the shirt was cancelled over a week later after e-mailing me about a 2-4 week shipping delay (which by the way allows me to legally cancel my entire order now). Then they can't do anything about it or even waive shipping on a new order to fix it. I will never shop here again!

Wir haben bei complex ein Jersey bestellt, welches auch relativ teuer war. Sie haben es gleich zeitnah versendet und der Angekommen ist es auch wie beschrieben. Also im großen und Ganzen hat echt alles super funktioniert.

The merch is really good quality and though i was weary at first of buying because i didnt know the store my order was shipped quickly and arrived soon and without issues despite being international shipping. Amazing service!
