Ordered a limited edition item waited 3/4 months to get it for it to arrive as the normal version not the numbered limited edition one. I can now not get the limited edition version as they’re not in stock. The only reason I have put 2 instead of 1 is cause they have offered a refund in full but very unhappy to miss out on something that I had ordered and will now not be able to get this item again.

Ordered a shirt it was advertised as a red shirt - when it arrived rhinestones fell out and the shirt was pink. I ended up wasting my $ and gave the shirt away.

Dégoûté de la qualité du sweat Takashi Murakami x chanteur. Franchement pour une collaboration CMPLX-413189 – MNNK Bro. (Takashi Murakami x JP THE WAVY) Hoodie.

Bought a shirt from Complex that also could have been bought on fanatics. I don’t like fanatics at all but it would have arrived faster. I bought the shirt, the order sat there for 5 days and then took 10 more days once it was shipped. Carrier pigeon or something.

While the quality of the products is commendable, the customer service experience is consistently unsatisfactory. I would explore alternative vendors; however, a significant portion of my required items are proprietary to Complex and are not available through other channels. Consequently, I am compelled to utilise this vendor only when absolutely necessary.

Cannot return shoes that do not fit. It is not fair that shoe sizes must be guessed before shipping or fitting.

I order Thug club jacket, the button was broken.

Bought a muraki dodgers t-shirt for 60$ and the quality is very low. Looks like a 10$ t-shirt Quite disappointing
