I bought a shirt from complex and came in the mail and the sizing was off and then looking at and the QC was bad. The stitching in the collar was missing and coming out. Reached out to customer service and was told sorry. No returns/exchanges.

My orders were canceled without any explanation. I tried eight times using three different credit cards. By the time I finally got to speak with customer service, the item was already sold out. They basically told me that there was nothing they could do and that I should have better luck next time. After a few exchanges, the customer service agent simply said goodbye and ended the conversation. I guess my experience doesn't really matter to them because I'm just an Asian customer. That's how they made me feel.

READ THE FINE PRINT ON THEIR RETURN POLICY! I purchased a "return eligible" item. The shoes that they sent were the wrong color from what I ordered. I requested an exchange for the correct color shoe, but it was out of stock. They were not willing to refund my original payment method and would only offer me store credit. In addition to that, they expected me to pay for the return shipping even though they sent the incorrect item. Horrible business practices. Don't get scammed like I did. They were totally unwilling to take accountability or reconcile an issue that they solely created.

My plush toys were shipped in a flimsy bag with no protective packaging whatsoever, and the hang tags arrived bent and creased. These plush toys were not cheap, so this level of careless packaging is especially unacceptable. For collectible items, the condition of the tags matters. A sturdy box and basic protection should be the minimum standard. It is extremely disappointing to pay this much and receive brand-new items with damaged tags because of poor packaging. Complex needs to take much better care when packing orders.

The way they handled the Jollibee x Final Fantasy XIV collab was atrocious. Changing the shirt material AND switching it from screen printed to vinyl AFTER I PURCHASED THE SHIRTS and took almost 2 months to get to me. SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY!

Being unable to receive a refund back to your method of payment is a common best practice. Only being given the option to receive a “complex gift card” is a choice the company chose to enforce. Customer service was very indirect and unwilling to answer direct questions just reinforcing the “return policy”

Pre-ordered the new Rolling Stones Limited edition Marvel Variant instead of buying it locally and they shipped out the wrong one. By the time anyone knew about this mistake it was already sold out. Bad business model, they offered a percent off of the record I received or ship it back and get my refund. When you order something that’s what you should get. Overpriced and not worth it. BUY LOCAL!

Terrible service! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I ordered two T-shirts on July 30th to test out this online store, as I hadn't ordered from them before. The following week, they contacted me about the first item to say they wouldn't be able to ship it for another month 😡. I cancelled that part of the order and asked for a refund. As for the second T-shirt, they promised quick shipping, but it's August 11th now and the item isn't even ready to ship yet 😡. By the way, I placed an order with a different online store just two days ago, and those items are already on their way. You guys need to learn how to run a business! This is absolutely unacceptable!
