Just bought my first asic and hosting it thru compass mining. It won't be online until 2022 but I wanted to give a thumbs up for their customer support during my purchase. Thanks to Jesus Guillen and Brad Videon.

I love supporting companies that truly live their mission. Mining BTC is super easy to get started (and still profitable.) With no extra fees for setup etc. Pending major changes in the way they operate, I highly recommend this company. I trust them with my investment! A shout out to Jesus and Nicco G for being Amazing Mining Concierge!

As others have mentioned, Compass ran into some hiccups with getting one of their new mining farms up and running. They updated me and gave me a choice between a full refund, wait for the a new location to come online, or have the miners shipped to me and allow me to ship them back when the farm comes online. Pretty solid customer service and the team actually replied to my emails (surprising for today's service) in a very timely manner. 5 stars. Worked with Nicholas Grimm and Jesus (no last name visible).

I ordered Miners with Compass and had selected to have my miners hosted with them at one of their facilities. The facility I was scheduled to go into ran into issues. Compass gave me notification prior to the scheduled online date that the miners were going to be delayed coming online and would be going online at a different location. Compass was forthcoming and transparent with the issues and provided numerous options to remedy the situation. I selected to have my miners shipped to me until the new facility is ready to come online, at which time I will ship my miners to the new facility. Compass is paying for the shipping to me and the return shipping to the new location. What impressed me the most was the ability to communicate directly with the Founders of the Company (Whit Gibbs and Thomas Heller) and for them to give direct answers to any customer impacted by this situation. I also worked directly with Nicholas Grimm one of Compass's Mining Concierges. He kept me informed on the progress and of the miners shipments and expected delivery to my chosen location. This goes to show how committed Compass is with regards to Customer Service and making certain all of their customers needs and concerns are addressed.
