Been mining with Compass since Feb 2021 and have nothing but great feedback on customer service, etc. There have been relatively minor delays in getting miners online but nothing to fault them on, it's just the way of the world right now with supply chain issues.

I ordered a couple of miners a while back as well as a bundle. My first machine is going online in the next couple of days as I just received the email for setting up my pool account. It has always been a great experience with Compass Mining, they are very straightforward and always work to get you mining as soon as possible.
