Very responsive and helpful.

I worked with Jesus and Dylan Perry to get my miners online and they did a great job after a delay of 5 months(not their fault). I liked the transparent outlook and Dylan completed work on time with a quick response. finally, someone made up for the delay and I am happy with Dylan's work. 5 start all the way

Jesus was very helpful thanks!

Nicco Grimm is the best concierge over at Compass. He is diligent, honest and is a fellow miner who works hard to get the answers and info that you need. 5 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Nicco is flat out AWESOME !!!!!!!

INCREDIBLE customer service! the miner arrived on time (exactly on time) and next step is to configure the robocop so they already sent me the instructions and lets see how it goes!

What I like- fast, helpful problem solving. Jesus actually read my question and answered it clearly so I could act accordingly. Thanks Jesus!

I experienced an issue with a faulty hashboard shortly after one of my S19j Pro 100TH units came online. Nicholas and Nathan worked diligently to identify and resolve the issue in short order. I appreciated their professionalism and transparency.

Nate was very helpful and courteous today on our zoom conference to take care of a refund. Being able to see a live person that was very reassuring, patient and kind really put me at ease. I have not recieved my refund yet, but he explained the process that it could take 24-48 hours. Thank you!
