The first three years have been a struggle. I see that many users would agree. Delays with power, gear purchases from China, unscheduled and longer than predicted outages, legal issues... BUT, slowly but certainly they seem to be getting their act together. Something is changing and Compass would in my mind be the last one not to admit that service could have been better. Knowledge and competency at the help desk is improving, same as the response time as well as friendliness. The last miners I purchased went online within 48h and none of them are down. Well done improving the business and hopefully you will be able to manage success (demand) spikes the way you handle it right now!

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years and can say I would continue to use the whole service. The unit & electric Pricing is reasonable and I always get a response to any query’s or issues in a timely manor . Any downtime due to power fault was credited within the stated 3 month window. My only issue was the online delay with my 1st machine which was due to the global issues with virus & delays. Overall a Great Service for Hosting

I have been using Compass mining since the peak of the Crypto market in 2021. The crypto mining industry has been a rough ride. I initially mined with 3 companies including Compass. One company failed to deliver with shortages in products and rack space; while the other turned out to be a pyramid scam in the USA and China and currently in class action lawsuit. While, Compass has had some problems out of their control with mining facilities going out of business. They were accommodating in refunding downtime with their credit system despite issues out of their control. Is Compass Mining perfect? No, but considering the number of other companies I have dealt with, Compass has stood up and above whiles others fell or turned out to be scams.

The miners are definitely overpriced but it’s worth it to know that I’m buying from a reputable company and won’t get burned. Erick Smith was very helpful in answering my questions. The guys deserves a raise with that kind of customer service.

So far it's been a trust worthy company, which given the current conditions of the market it's a big compliment. Most employees will make a good effort to solve your problem, while few others might not put as much effort. The company is currently making some changes that will hopefully make the overall experience better, but still has some key things that could improve, for example customer service when related to billing and credits.

My query was answered with clarity and precision. My hats off to Erick Smith for demonstrating an exceptional customer service experience. Thank you again 🙏🏼

I bought my miner on August 3rd and it was supposed to be installed on December 31. It is end of March and my miner is still not online. Finally my miner got online is making money, so I'll raise my rating. Also, please check the spam since most the emails I received from them went there.
