I would recommend to stay away. The hosting order section was removed from the dashboard. So it is impossible to see what reference number belongs to each order. I keep emailing support and not getting responses. The hosting rates are going up. Many miners still offline. Many facilities getting closed. Orders which were supposed to be live in June are still not live.

They managed 21 of my miners, every single one I bought to them. - The had 3 months delay to put online 10 of them in Soth Carolina. - They gave me other lower quality miners in another place... 2 extra weeks claiming to get this right. - They leave 5 unattended in Russia without any advise. In fact, agains our advise. Still MIA. - They lost 1 Z15 they sent to reparations to Hong Kong (600 USD) but before they told me it was a silly thing of 50 USD), 8 months off. Now happily online. - I have 4 in North Carolina, but 1 of them six months going at 5% of the capacity.. they charged me full electricity for those 4.

I have bought machines and they are always delayed and they change the terms of service post signed contracts. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

What we faced with Compass was really a one-of-a-kind experience, in a very bad way though. I have never experienced something similar while dealing with other hosts. Deploying hardware was delayed, not in days, or weeks, as I am writing it is three months late and counting. I have not had one month where all the already deployed devices were online. In the beginning, their customer service replied promptly, now the case takes a week to get looked at, and when an Asics is offline and just needs restarting, this is definitely not acceptable. I rarely write bad reviews, and I am writing this after giving their customer service team multiple notices and requests but none get handled. Now I will make it my personal mission to negatively review them on every online platform and warn anyone I speak to about them. Please be aware!!

I unfortunately have to agree with most of the below reviews. If you decide to use this company to purchase ASICS and for hosting those miners, just understand that there is ZERO guarantee that they have those machines to sell or that you'll get them anytime near the stated delivery date. I purchased six miners in Aug 2021, and to date, have only four of them working (they were supposed to all be set up and hashing by early last summer). They already have tens of thousands of dollars of my money with no idea when I will receive the other two. This company simply sells machines they don't actually have. I'm starting to really regret using them.

Horrible uptime if you’re lucky enough to even have your miners up.. bought a bundle over a year ago and still waiting for the majority of the units to be deployed. Customer service gives generic answers, never explains the actual situation, promised and deadlines are constantly missed. Telephone is never answered. I’d say at this point there are ground for a law suit. Absolutely appalling !!! I feel robbed and that huge amount of money could have been spent on my sons education.. I will change my review if compass man up and sort this situation out.

Update: It's been 30 days since the machine I bought and paid for was supposed to be delivered. ☹️😩😭 Compass have now announced I “can” accept different terms and facilities to those we’ve agreed to in our agreement. It seems I don’t have a choice as there’s no alternative but it’s unclear as they’re ignoring all of my emails. Original feedback: The miner I bought was supposed to get online last week but hasn't yet. Compass didn't inform me of any expected delays. When I reached out to them (I've emailed back and forth with customer support 3-4 times now) they were very quick to reply but didn't give any straight answers. The rep keeps sending me irrelevant information and links to the company's education portal. WTH? I know the industry is going through a hard time now, but I feel powerless being Compassmining's customer. This isn't cool. At least I bought only one machine from them.

I have 5 tickets in requesting compass to ship my miners to my home they ignore and close my tickets without responding I only have 1 miner online now out of six I ordered the bundle September 2021 last year and was told all miners would be hashing by now right now all I ask is for them to pay me my prepaid hosting fee which I should have gotten by now and ship my miners to me the tickets are 2 weeks old for this request I think they want to steal my miners I paid 54,000 for the bundle and miners has never stayed on a full month they are also charging me full hosting fees for 67% uptime this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company all I want at this point is my miners shipped to my home so I can find somewhere competent for them to start hashing and now I can’t get anyone to honor my request
