compassmining.ioReviews of compassmining.io

I'm new to crypto in general... and completely new to mining. My mining concierge David McGrane walked me through everything and was extremely responsive to any questions I had. This is an incredible service even for the most novice miner trying to get in the game

So far they seem to be legit. My first 3 initial miners scheduled at the end of March just went live today. I can live with a 9 day delay. I took me 45 days to get a box of Nespresso. Thanks Jesse for planting the bug and for selling me more now than later. The people working at compass on discord were very courteous and responsive. Erick Smith at compass, Thomas Heller and Adem were very helpful responding to my questions on deployment and outages.

Compass Mining and support from David M has been very good. Appreciate having a live human response - thank you!

Jesus was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions.

David McGrane in Support has been super helpful and responsive. So far so good.

Called the day before and left a message. Next day Nathaniel Kelley called back, explained the situation to my satisfaction, and followed up with an email summarizing the info I requested. I had reached Compass with other issues before and sometimes it took weeks to get an answer, so this was quite the change. Very satisfied and hopefully this is the new Compass customer service standard

Great service team at Compass. At times replies can be slow, but these guys always answer and do a good job of resolving issues. Guarav was very helpful.

Great supporting team! There has been some delays but the support has been great and being doing everything they can!
