Ordering with a preview was fantastic. The artwork truly embodies our pup and reminds us that despite being gone he’s still with us.

I ordered 2 frames of my Bulldog that just passed. It is beautiful. The frame is sharp and I love it. I’m grieving and this really helps. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love my Rosie's portrait
I absolutely love my Rosie's portrait! Have the digital copy, can't wait for my husband to see the portrait. I want it to be for Christmas but dont know if I can wait to show him! Our girl is difficult to photograph, but the photo i chose was perfect for your portrait of her.

Mostly Great
Very simple process. Beautiful work. I have to deduct a bit because the bottom right corner of one item is stretched and damaged. It leaves an indentation that is highly noticeable in the light. Could have been from shipping. IDK. But not a final product quality desired outcome. The other item is perfect.
Response from Companion ArchiveSep 30, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, John. We’re glad to hear that you found the process simple and that the other item arrived beautifully. We’re sorry about the damage and indentation on the bottom-right corner. We understand how disappointing that is, regardless of whether it occurred during production or shipping. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and will take your feedback seriously.

Poor quality and customer service
We ordered the Noir and the picture was much darker than the mock up and rippled on the right side. Reached out to customer service and sent pictures of the comparison and they said there's nothing they can do. Cheap quality not worth the money and terrible customer service. Better off printing your own at a photo shop.
Response from Companion ArchiveSep 30, 2026
Hi Sandra, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. The darker-than-expected image and rippling you described are certainly not the quality we aim to provide, and we’re also sorry that you felt your concerns weren’t properly addressed by our customer service team. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and make sure your case is properly reviewed. We’re unable to locate an order under the name Sandra Chung in our records. Could you please send us a direct message with your order details (such as your order number and the email address used for the purchase) so we can locate your order and investigate what happened? Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the chance to make things right.

Remarkable image!
The portrait I received of my dog was absolutely amazing! The company was easy to work with and the website was as well. I bought this as a surprise for my husband, and he was so happy with it and can’t believe how much it actually looks like my dog is sitting right in front of him staring out hoping that she ‘ll be getting a treat! Highly recommend!!!
Response from Companion ArchiveSep 30, 2026
