You captured our dogs’ face
You captured our dogs’ face, his eyes, floppy ears and nose. It is perfect!!! I have seen other attempts to do this but they never really get their face right. You did it. Can’t wait to give this gift.

This made our day — thank you! Capturing those special details like his eyes, floppy ears, and nose is exactly what we strive for, so hearing that we got it just right means everything. We’re so excited for you to give this gift — we hope it brings the biggest smiles!

BEST AI VERSION OF MY PET! SHE LOOKS ADORABLE!
I saw an ad on IG and clicked the link. Within minutes I had uploaded a photo of my cat and it looked PERFECT. It was the best AI realization of her that I've seen over the past few years so I decided to purchase the image printed on canvas. It arrived pretty quickly and it's ADORABLE.

Absolutely love the digital photo of my Otto, a wire haired dachshund. It’s so him!! Very easy process - I uploaded 4 photos to see which one I liked best, and the last one was perfect.

Hi M Ali, Thank you so much! We love hearing that Otto’s portrait is “so him” — that’s the biggest compliment we could get! 🐶 It’s great that you tried a few photos to find the perfect one — sometimes that last upload really is the winner! We’re so happy the process was easy and that you’re loving the final result. Give Otto a little extra scratch from us!

25 days and no product still
This was my second picture ordered. I specifically ordered with a promise to have by valentine's day. Have reached out 3 times to customer service and as of today STILL haven't recieved the picture. Its been a month and I wrote asking for a cancel and refund to no response from customer service. Def would not use again as there are other companies that are more reliable.

Really delightful result. Except...
Really delightful result. Four stars because my dog is grey and white not brown and white...

Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for the 4 stars and for your kind words, we’re so glad you loved the final result! 😊 We’re sorry we didn’t quite nail your pup’s coloring. If you’d like, we’d be more than happy to take another look and adjust the grey and white tones so it’s a perfect match. Just send us a message and we’ll make it right! Thanks again for your support, we truly appreciate it!

Low resolution not able to print elsewhere
I had a photo drafted paid for the digital copy and then trying to have it printed elsewhere because I needed a particular size and everywhere I tried with the quality and resolution of the photo was too low so it felt like a waste of money
Response from Companion ArchiveFeb 28, 2026
Hi Chelsi, We’re really sorry to hear this happened, that’s definitely frustrating, especially after purchasing the digital copy. Our digital files are typically high resolution for printing, so we’d love the opportunity to look into this for you. It’s possible there was a file mix-up or download issue. Please reach out to us directly with your order details and we’ll make sure you receive a properly formatted, high-resolution file right away. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can turn this around for you.
