Stay well away. I've waited well over a week for a ticket to be responded to (and still nothing). Chat support is equally useless. I've contacted my bank to get the payment back. Seems like a business in complete disarray.

It's not the first time I have issues with Comodo - every single time I have to issue EV certificate, it's a hassle to actually get them verify our identity. Last example: I have scheduled the callback with them for a specific time, since our CEO has limited time and I had to run the process through him. I contacted them on chat 2 hours prior to the scheduled time, they confirmed that they will call on the specific time we agreed. No one called. CEO was waiting. I wrote them 20 min after they suppose to call - I got answer from the chat 30 min after telling me that they will call within an hour - I mean seriously do you guys think CEO's don't have anything else to do than sit at the reception close to the phone?! The service is ridiculous!! So right now my site is not secured, since it took too long to process the request. Congratulation Comodo for making yourself look like fools.

I installed Comodo’s free antivirus for Macintosh. When installed, it immediately reported an error with the scanner. Ran the diagnostics, and it found errors, but couldn’t fix them. I tried to uninstall, and it failed, I tried AppZapper. When I rebooted, the service STILL loaded! It had baked itself into OS X. I went the extreme route. Backed up my data, and wiped the disk. Damn unacceptable. I won’t be getting any antivirus products from them again, free or paid. Product: Comodo Free Antivirus for Macintosh

I cannot describe how horrible this company is. They put an EV certificate on my company's website before they did the validation so the certificate was not cleared and caused a big red "NOT TRUSTED" stamp on our website for all of our clients to see. Then the validation process was terrible, they move slower than anything you can imagine. Try talking to them online, you provide your order number and ask a question, they reply with "Im checking your status now" you wait 20 minutes, they come back with "can I get the order number?" . Every reply takes 10-20 minutes, each step of the process takes 3 days all while we've got a "Not trusted" sticker on our site. Its like running from a killer and getting stuck behind a snail. Its the only way I can describe it. Their support techs are all dumber than a box of hair. RUN THE OTHER WAY

When i need replace ESET in my mind was only Kaspersky. But when i was looking for very good product i meet with comodo and it was the best what can happened for me. Settings, languages, Containment, HIPS, Secure Shopping, Firewall, KillSwitch, Secure disk and more are the best Security program 4me and my family. Yes it has negatives too like other products. Its not for totaly noobs which cant use google or other search program. I think modern UI (like W10 - i really dont like it) will help too this program to sell it. And the best - Its free :) Thank you Keď som potreboval nahradiť Eset, myslel som si, že najlepšou voľbou bude Kaspersky. Keď som sa poohliadal po novom produkte náhodou som natrafil na Comodo a bolo to to najlepšie čo som mohol nájsť. Pokročilé nastavenia, jazykové preklady, Containment, HIPS, Bezpečné nakupovanie, Firewall, Záchranný disk a ďalšie nastavenia robia tento program tou najlepšou bezpečnostnou voľbou. Má samozrejme tiež negatíva, rovnako ako iné programy. Nie je vhodný pre nováčikov, ktorí sa nevedia zaobísť ani s Googlom, alebo iným vyhľadávačom. Myslím si, žeby mu prospel modernejší UI (podobný W10 - ktorý osobne moc nemusím), ktorý by ho robil atraktívnejším pre viacerých užívateľov. A to najlepšie na koniec - je zadarmo :) Ďakujem

I have really had very bad experience starting for organisation validation. They took 36 days to complete that and misinformed so many times with rigid procedures & incompetent team. I am never gonna buy from them ever again. they may provide cheaper certificates but trust me its not worth it.

Worst company ever. Difficult to deal with.

Worst company in the world! Nobody over there knows how to talk English with you and you spend days for nothing trying to move forward with the process of validation.
