To clarify, when a California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) request is submitted, it does initiate the removal of personal data from our system, which includes account-related information such as Cash Back balances. There is a warning at the time of request, and a follow-up email is sent to confirm you understand and want to move forward with a full deletion. We want to assure you that we have since credited your account, and you currently have an available balance to redeem. To issue Cash Back for the additional purchases in question, we do need the requested information from our Customer Care team.
