not tracking cash back but got help pretty easy with email
Retailmenot.com sometimes missing cashbacks for my purchases but whenever I email they fix it quickly

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! Purchases simply do not track. If you want to submit receipts for every purchase and then wait forever this is the rebate site for you! Otherwise avoid at all costs.

While most purchases track automatically, there are a number of factors that can prevent tracking, such as browser settings, ad blockers, or having multiple cash back or coupon extensions installed, which can sometimes overwrite tracking cookies. When a purchase doesn’t track, submitting a receipt allows us to investigate the transaction and still issue rewards when possible. We understand that’s not the ideal experience, but it’s a safeguard so members don’t miss out on cash back when tracking fails. $10 stolen
I earned $11.11, RetailMeNot stole $10 of it on maintenance fees before I realized my money was not safe on their site. It's not like they are a bank, so why charge maintenance fees? No other cashback site does this and I'm registered with ten of them. They are trying to deliberately force you to be loyal to them, but this will only backfire, as there are so many cashback sites that offer higher % rebates and don't steal your funds, not after a year, not ever!!!

Terrible
Terrible. Retailmenot has coupons posted as active but each one I’ve tried says it’s expired on their website I’m trying to purchase from. I tried at least 4 different ones. Do not trust them.

Ripoff site
I have $.45 left from a nice little pot of money. Most of it RetailMeNot gave to themselves. I guess I didn't use the site enough. They took about $5 out as a "maintenance fee." This is what they say it is: "Your account has been assessed a monthly maintenance fee due to inactivity of more than one year. Redeem your remaining balance now or make a new qualifying cash back purchase in order to reactivate your account's status. For more information, please see our Terms of Use." I'll call them a ripoff.
