Asked to have my lease sent to me and asked to have Commons articulate when the 6-weeks rent free would 'kick-in' and i was sent same-day an email with my lease attached, as well as a few sentences explaining how the 6-weeks rent free would be executed. On this particular occasion, Commons came through with exactly what I needed in a time efficient manner.

I just wanted to say thank you to Jessil for your assistance with the power outage in our unit caused by a malfunctioning oven range. The technician arrived quickly and restored power to the unit. The faulty oven was also replaced the next day. Awesome customer service!!!

Lots of issues regarding getting our garbage picked up, fixing broken appliances, and communication with us throughout the year.

The space itself is beautiful. Unreliable service regarding essential repairs, delivery of supplies, cleaning, WiFi and door that occasionally doesn’t open.

Mr Cedric was awsome to show the rooms and the apartment he has very good communication skills and above all he is extremely professional.

Zack was very responsive and clear about options and when I wanted to wait because of covid didn't pressure me and I appreciated that. All the interactions and responses from the whole team have been great and my suitemates are all super cool.
