carter was great helping me with the problem of my rent coming up wrong for the third month in a row.

The Operator was helpful in resolving the issue of my house access being rescinded before my lease was up. That being said, I am VERY displeased with Common that this happened in the first place! The company should be well aware of when their residents' leases end, and should coordinate their house access with that.

I had many issues moving in and many delays which is why I’m leaving 3 stars. However, Leah, who showed me the place and addressed many of my concerns made this A LOT easier. Any issue I had she always replied to my messages or calls and helped me out! Literally would not have gotten through if it weren’t for her continuous help.

Hi, the onboarding experience was grate with Zack. But I didn't like that no one told me before moving to this apartment that there had been problems between roommates. When I moved here I had the surprise that one of my roommates suffers from some kind of mental disorders and she turns really aggressive, I have been living here for almost 3 weeks and every night she makes loud noise until 5 in the morning, she has a disorder in the common areas and recently she broke the TV, some kitchen materials and she made holes into a wall using the broom. After that discovered by many of my neighbors that she has criminal records and she has (or had) a firearm. I contacted the emergency numbers but i feel like if I was ignored because no one has resolved the problem that me and my roommates reported about her. And maintenance is not going to repair or replace neither the Tv and the wall with holes in it. So my living experience here is not the grate for that situation. I really like the common areas and my room but I don't feel safe living with someone like that. I hope that after this we get a resolution for me and my roommates who are also really concerned about their safety, and we get repairs in our unit.

Its everything. I don't think people (staff) understanding the people that live here. Not coming out to see the building and talking to the people that lives here. I mean people from New York. Most of the emails are not helpful either.

I’m confused. I haven’t received an answer back on my latest submission? How could I make a review? My roommate is threatening to make me pay for something I didn’t do! Of course I’m unhappy! I LOVE living in Common, but I hate the lack of support.

my experience with you could be better, please change the way your specialist talk with client! prices are good, ok, but customer service must be IMPROVED ASAP!

Due to new circumstances with Covid, tours and onboarding with Common is different and as expected some bumps though overall a good experience joining the Common community. Lissette and Robert were very helpful with any questions in regards to lease and application completion. Once completed, the move-in was seamless followed up with a great welcoming call with Brooke. Otherwise, once moved in, there has been some minor issues in regards to household shared products not being replenished in a timely manor, as well as the quality of the products. Another concern, now that everyone is working from home (we have 13 people in our suite), is our wifi strength is weak and told there is no possible solution though we are paying for business grade resulting in poor quality calls while in class/meetings. Finally, I recommend Common for the great opportunity to meet new people and feel apart of a fun and sweet community. Absolutely adore my roommates and nice to make new friends from different walks of life and ambitions.
