In true transparency, I did not take advantage of this great opportunity. However, I want to acknowledge how supportive and real Coach DJ is. I would attend weekly meetings when I could and he was ALWAYS positive and supportive of everyone on the call. He truly listened as people shared their experiences and would give feedback in a positive manner. I loved how he would set individual challenges for us as needed I recently had hip replacement surgery and I know my membership will expire soon but I want to thank Coach DJ for ALWAYS empowering us to not give up and he would always remind us that we may have a not so great week but we can't let that guide our next week. I had a few opportunities to talk with Coach DJ alone (per my request). He ALWAYS made me feel comfortable and ALWAYS had great advice for me. I know my time is ending soon and I did not lose the weight I wanted, but that is all on me. Coach DJ was more than willing to guide me and this is evident in those weekly calls. Coach, I wish you nothing but success. Thank you for your consistent inspirational thoughts you shared weekly and your weekly meetings. Coaches are very supportive and give you science behind food, exercise and mental focus. Sample food plans are given, exercises based on your physical ability and individual support to get your mind adjusted to a future healthier self. They truly are committed to!!

I started committed coaches back in April I have struggled with my weight all my life.i used to think that there was nothing wrong with me.until o e day i looked in the mirror and didn’t like what i saw.i tried every diet out there and nothing worked.i talked to my doctor he put me on pills to help me lose weight.they worked for a while I gained the weight back if not more.i was downed on myself I had no confidence.i felt ugly.one day I was on my phone and there was this lady talking about her weight problem and than she mentioned Aqua sculpt and how she lost three pounds in just three days.i got to thinking just maybe this will work for me.so I picked up the phone and ordered.when it arrived I started it and in just three days I lost 3 pounds I was amazed and it’s staying off.i am proud to share with all of you that I am 172 pounds.when I started I was 216.i have a lot of energy and my confidence is up there.i love the women I have become.So I want to thank all the coaches for helping us and being there.i wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for you.your all are amazing.

Your 5-star review below: I started this program after trying everything else out there for the last 60 years. Weight watchers, fasting, low carb, hight protein, bariatric surgery! I lost so much weight over the years. But there was some now something missing! The knowledge of how to NOT gain it all back! Trust me. I have tried and tried! I believe what drew me to Committed Coaches was the unconcern showed by the medical profession in this day and age! They do not have the time to treat you unless you are dying!! I decided i did not want to die. I wanted to live the years i have left, i am 83, as healthy as i possibly be! My hormones were a wreck and no doctor took me seriously! I was not critical! Then i read about Fitspresso and Committed Coaches. Assigned to Brent! He is an amazing coach! Helping me fit a program to MY NEEDS. THAT WOULD WORK FOR ME!! That is one of the amazing things about this program. There are rules, but there are a lot of choices to fit most people’s preferences! I was not in a hurry. I just had 100 pounds to loose. So in 8 months i have lost 50+ pounds, got my hormones under control, cut in half my medications and feel like a new person! In the first month my hormones were under control! That was amazing! Simple rules. Easy to follow. But learning the system was the first challenge. Brent was very helpful. He never made me feel dumb. He just worked out with me each challenge! A fantastic program i can easily stick with the rest of my life!

I really like committed coaches. It’s a great program. You learn to eat differently, mindfully and absolute in getting to the ideal weight and balance you want and deserve. It’s easy to get the hang of with the palm, fist thumb method. It becomes a habit and they give you tons of recipes and ideas for meals and snacks. You really have a meal plan for everyday of the week. I like the coaches and you are assigned one at the very beginning. You can message them at any time and they actually respond quickly to your questions. There’s no reprimanding or mind games if you fall off the plan. Everybody has a day. The thing is that they are there to help get you back on track . They have chats where you and your coach or coach of your choice have a chance to chat about their subject of expertise. The great thing is each coach has their area of expertise and you sign up for that class. It commaradity with you fellow people. Your all in there for the same reason to learn, laugh and grow.

Inspiration Coaches that are willing to help with any issue you may be having. And know you aren’t the only ones with the issues. There meal planning and what works. Being not alone this time and to have someone to reach out to and to cheer you on makes you determine to do it this time.

Committed coaches is a great program. It shows you great guidelines for weight loss, like the palm, fist and thumb rule for food portions and what food groups to eat at the right time of day. Coach Lisa, my coach, and all the other coaches give you encouragement and direct you to the right path to follow according to your needs. They always have your back. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight, improve on certain health issues and built strength. It is a program you can continue on throughout your life.

When I began this program, I was a bit nervous and thinking, did I make the right decision. As things went along and seeing results, learning how, when, and how much to eat, the great interaction with the awesome coaches, the great zoom calls, and having them recorded to be able to view later if we missed them, and being able to print out the notes. I enjoy the community groups and how everyone is caring and how they encourage each other through their journey and cheer on their accomplishments big or small. There is a lot to learn with a lifetime of information to use to live a healthy life. I enjoy the structured plan of exercises we have been receiving in our daily to do list. Since I started the program, I have lost 20 lbs.! I am feeling so much better, and I had been having knee issues, but now they are feeling so much better after losing the weight that I have lost. I can imagine how much better I'll be feeling when I lose more. I really am enjoying how I have been eating, it is great! I see how worth it this program has been for me and that I'm worth it. Yes, it does take some work, and can be hard to stay on track sometimes, but that's ok, we get back up and remember why we are doing this, it helps to motivate and encourage us through it. The coaches are always available and encouraging. I do not regret signing up for this program. Thank you all for your hard work and time that you put into this program, and all you do to support and encourage us all. You are very much appreciated!
