I signed up for the program 6/12/2025 after seeing it for some of the promos for Prozentih. I tried Prozenith and had chronic severe heartburn and digestive issues after a week using the product so stopped taking it. I went to the onboarding which never mentions Prozenith and then realize that this was just another coaching platform. I requested to stop the program but was told that since coaching is a soft sell, no money could be returned. So I have to do the program to utilize the money I paid. I spoke with the head coach who was very nice but gave very little information. I am trying to contact a coach to reschedule my start date so I can use the program. My last scheduled call did not happen as no one called. I contacted them the same day with no response. I have contacted Committed Coaches several times over the past two weeks with not one response. Time is marching on and this was a 6 month program of which 2 have gone by, Please contact me with a way to move forward or refund my money if the coaches are too busy, Thanks, J Morgan
