I am a 69 year old woman, retired nurse, and a retired vascular technologist. I have needed to lose weight for many years and have tried every diet that has calmed down the pike along with supplements advertised via Facebook. Around May 2025 I went on a weight loss injection. I did have success losing weight but suffered a side effect which caused a severe side effect. To be blunt, I ended up in the emergency room after being unable to move my bowels for more than eight days. Never in my life had I been in such pain, along with embarrassment, and reached what I would describe as the end of the road in regards to weight loss. When I finally got home, and recuperated from this ordeal, I happened to be introduced to committed coaches on Facebook. One thing I was truly committed to was never trying injections again, or pills that promised a miracle weight loss. So I have joined and become part of the committed coaches program since May 2025. I have continued to drop weight steadily but more importantly have been developing a new way of looking at life and eating the right foods in the right amount at the right time of day. This program has enabled me to learn at my own pace, and that certainly involves unraveling many years of an entirely different thought process. The best part of this for me is understanding I don’t have to be perfect, I just need to be consistent. I thank all the coaches that are part of this program starting from my personal coach ,Brent and including all the other coaches that we are able to learn from. I decided to enter this drawing in order to make this journey even more enjoyable from day to day! Thank you, Coach Brent , coach, Chad, and everyone in Committed Coaches (Aqua Sculpt).

I started my journey last December, when I purchased a keto diet plan online. Within the hour, I received a call from Brad of Committed Coaches and I found him to be one of the most caring and concerned people I have ever talked to. I explained to him my plight of struggling with being overweight for many years and all of the health problems that resulted from this. Brad explained the Committed Coaches program and then set me up with coach Bret. For the first time in my life, I found a person that truly cared about my situation. He was able to motivate me, encourage me and make me feel like I could not fail! I joined the Keto group and under the direction and with the wisdom, knowledge and experience of Coach Bret, I lost 35 lbs. in the first 12 weeks! Though I have occasionally wandered off of my Keto plan, Coach Bret never gave up; he always lets me know that he “has my back.” No matter what my temptation is or my perceived barriers to eating properly and moving my body, Coach Bret has a solution and a strategy for me. Now that is what I call a real “Committed Coach!” The other members’ testimonies are so helpful and inspiring! And I love it that I can have 1:1 calls with Coach Bret whenever I need them. This program continues to change my life in miraculous ways! I thank God for Committed Coaches.

I have been with Committed Coaches since May. My experience with them has been wonderful and informative. They are very easy to work with and very patient with me. I really appreciate their dedication to each of us. I have lost more weight than I thought I could with the planning of meals and when they should be eaten. So, thank you for all that you have done for me. My husband has thanked me for being on this as he has already lost weight by eating what I fix for us. I plan on keeping this mindset for the rest of my life.

My story is not going to be as interesting, drastic, or compelling as many of the others but…It is my story! I started Committed Coaches on January 15th of this year. I could not believe the amount of information and support that has been given through this program. Believe me this is not a weight loss program, it is a mindset, a life style of health and so much more. Education, training, coaching, support, guidance, recipes, exercises, the list goes on and on! Since I have started this program, I have lost 7 ½ inches off of my hips, 7 inches off my waist and over 40 pounds. My only regret is that I did not track my thighs, they were huge, I know I lost a lot of inches there as well but have no proof. I was otherwise healthy just overweight, so I can’t tell you, like I know many others will, that I have been taken off medications. But I can tell you that I feel so much better, am way more active, I am so much stronger and my muscles are getting toner every day. And I am ecstatic that the clothes I wanted to get back into before I gained all my weight the past 5 or so years are too big for me now. I have exceeded my weight goal by 15 pounds. My goal was to just get back to where I was 5 years ago, never dreaming that I could go so much further. The coaches here are amazing, they guide, support and hold you accountable. The members are awesome as well. The chat groups are all so very helpful when you first start the program with helping to answer your question, to giving you pointers and some of their own delicious recipes, and once you got the hang of it all they continue to support you for when back slide or are just feeling down on yourself or are going through some really hard circumstances. Having such a great support team with both the coaches and members makes an enormous difference. There are monthly challenges that you can participate in, if you would like, that help keep you motivated and pushing yourself to the next level. The exercises are for anyone, they have chair exercises for those who can’t stand, beginner exercises, knee friendly exercises, and of course advances exercises. If you can’t do something the coaches will work with you to figure out something that you could do in a different way to work the same muscles. The food and health education that you receive is phenomenal. There are Monday Motivations and articles galore. There are zoom meetings by one of the many coaches every day of the week but Sundays. You can sit in on the calls, ask questions, or just listen and learn from the group. They each will present on a different topic. You can also, go through the list of past zoom meeting and watch any that interest you. The options are limitless. Thank you, Chad and Committed Coaches, for helping me become healthier and more active, with weight loss as an added bonus.

I will turn 74 in the middle of September and I began to gain weight the summer I started my mentstral cycle and gained 35 pounds that year without changing my exercise or eating patterns. I was active in sports (as much as girls were allowed to be) and honestly it didn't make much difference what I tried to do. By high school I weighed 200 pounds. When I entered college I decided to try minimizing food and fasting most of the time and while I lost weight I couldn't keep it up and have the right mental acuity. Thus began a rhythmic life of a variety of professional weight loss programs and yes they all worked and yes I lost weight with all of them and yes the weight always returned. The reality is that there always seemed to be something missing in these programs for me. When I began the Committed Coaches Program the essential elements that I needed came to the surface and have made all the difference. I was already dieting successfully before I started the program, however I had hit a plateau and had stayed at weight 162 for a couple of months going nowhere. When I started with Committed Coaches they immediately began to teach about the importance of eating the right food at the right time in the right amount. Honestly no program I had used before ever mentioned that - what an essential and critical component of this program - and it makes all the difference in your success! This program is about understanding the importance of the nutrient value of the food I eat and when I eat it - is it going to energize my body when I eat it or slow it down and store it and how will it work when I combine it with the right exercise which is a combination of both cardio and resistance? This nutrional aspect is called Nutrient Synthesis. I had never heard these kinds of concepts in any other program and it has made a critical difference for me in my weight loss journey. I am now stabilizing my weight as I approach my lifetime goal and my Dr. is more than happy with my progress as I am now down to a size 6 (I wore a size 16 when I started the program in March). Perhaps the most important piece of this program is the work of the Coaches - coaches who are invested in our progress and who are truly committed to our journey. For me personally, my coach has been available to me whenever I have had a question or concern, has guided me every step of the way not only in group calls but in my 1:1 calls and the encouragement has been an incredible gift. If you have ever been frustrated and wondered why you can't get where you need to be or want to be, please try this program because you will find the help you need and the information and coaching that will guide you along the path. It’s giving me the strength, confidence and guidance to believe in myself to know when , what to be eating at the appropriate times

I’ve only just begun, but I am learning how to eat right and they spell it all out for you by providing not only what to eat at each meal, but also recipes and ideas of different combinations for meals and snacks. All the coaches are very helpful and supportive. I explained my situation to my coach and he was very helpful ( started this with a sprained ankle) so I’m taking the exercises at my pace and really focusing on eating the correct way. I would recommend this program to everyone

This has been very helpful program. I have been doing this for 10 weeks and I have lost 19lbs. It has been very beneficial learning how to eat the correct foods at the right time. Thank you to Chad, Brent, Glen, and Del for all the support and knowledge.
