The Customer Service team representative was very helpful to me in selecting the correct unit for the space I needed to cool. The representative alerted me about the need for a line set kit and provided guidance to help me select the correct option. I had trouble entering a discount code in the online ordering solution, and the representative offered to just enter a credit to my PayPal account. Shipment was prompt and everything arrived quickly and in good shape. Great purchase experience for me!
