Materials arrived promptly and were well packaged. Have not yet installed systems but do not expect any problems since everything arrived in original packaging from manufacturer.

Unit came before expected and packaged very neatly. I did my homework and searched other sites before we purchased. We bought a very high rated unit at an affordable price for Comfort Up. We love our new Gree Unit it cools beautifully and very quiet!

Tried calling about 6 times no call and no answer on your phone so it is what is

i bought 5 gree a/c from a box store when i needed a part they could are would not get it for me my next gree will come from ComfortUp

Takes weeks to get equipment after you’ve paid. Shipping company is arrogant and disrespectful if you can’t make their suggested time then they reschedule you for a week later at their convenience. We purchased four AC units within 4 weeks three units had already failed. They have great marketing and a slick website though. They can take money fast!

We already have told numerous people. Love your product.

I couldnt ask for better process. It went well. The Gree product( only 3 weeks) has been awesome.
