Wonderful dresser for the price
Wonderful dresser for the price. The company was quick to ship and the item was very well protected in the package. The only thing was the directions said it would take 30 minutes to put together. My husband is very capable, has all the correct tools and it took him closer to 2 hours.

Meets expectations and needs
Easy to order. They called to follow up. The mattress came as promised. The mattress is comfortable. I purchased the cot size wool/cotton and it’s plenty for a 5’10” 180lb guy. Firm but not hard.

I ordered an 8 inch Natural Cotton and Wool Shiki mattress that I set on top of a tatami mat on the floor and it is absolutely wonderful! I have been sleeping on a Shiki mattress and tatami on the floor for many years and I will never go back to sleeping on a traditional bed. The cotton and wool blend keep me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I would also recommend buying a cotton sheet and the cotton and wool blend comforter —keeps my body temperature regulated (cool) so I sleep well and I always wake up feeling rested. I would like to add that customer service is outstanding and my mattress was delivered by FedEx in less than 7 days from New York to the state of Washington. Thank you! Susan

Outstanding Customer Service
Comfort Pure called me before shipping my mattress just to make sure I really understood what I had bought. They answered all of my questions and I could tell they had no interest in selling me something for the sake of profit. They understood how big of a purchase a mattress is and handled it accordingly. If you're thinking of switching to a chemical-free shikibuton, do it here.
Response from Comfort PureJan 17, 2025
Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled we could answer your questions and make your mattress purchase a smooth experience. Enjoy your chemical-free shikibuton!
