I am forced to use them in the office space I rent. Customer service and communication are terrible. I am stuck with them and have to spend hours on thr phone to try to get answers. Avoid them at all costs. If you cannot avoid them like me, be prepared for horrendous service.

Avoid Comcast Business at all costs. We paid three times the price of competing services based on promises of premium customer support and "4-hour fixes." Instead, we experienced the worst customer service situation in my 25 years of running a business.The Issues: Zero Sales Support: Our sales representative ignored repeated emails, texts, and phone calls from day one. Unusable Service: For 10 months, the connection was too weak to host virtual meetings or upload documents from our home office. Hazardous Installation: The main line lay exposed on the ground for four months. When finally buried, it was left flapping against our building with an ugly, unstable red pipe. Broken Promises: I spent hours on hold, often 45 to 90 minutes per call. Four separate account managers promised to resolve our issues, only to ghost us after "checking with supervisors." Contract Traps: We were trapped in this nightmare for months because no one could give us a straight answer on our early termination fees. They do not deliver on their promises, their infrastructure is poorly installed, and their support is nonexistent. Buyer beware.

Never ever ever trust Comcast business they are liars and scammers and will overcharge you. Then they'll tell you that the person who sent you up for the contract no longer is employed by the company so they have nobody to go back to to check with. Absolutely disturbing. Truly disappointing that a company of this magnitude can treat their customers like they do and steal money from them!!!!

I wish I could give them a negative score. We are a small business and upgraded from analog to Business Voice Edge. We were repeatedly promised that the system would work with our POS. Not only did it take them 4 months to figure out how to make good on this promise, all of the "fixes" that they recommended ran us over $2000 in outside IT fees. We were also promised that the amount we would pay was $40 more than we were paying. Our bills are consistently $200-$250 more than we were paying. I escalated the issue and was offered a measly $500 credit. As we were dealing with the yahoos in "Corporate Escalations", Comcast disrupted our service so we had no phones or internet and held us hostage to pay the amounts for services we never received. The phones do not work as promised. The programming simply fails and costs us an extraordinary amount of time to deal with technical support. They are supposed to respond within 48 hours, but it is more like 5-7 days. I am literally sitting waiting for weeks old technical support to be addressed again today. It is a nightmare. We are taking our case to the FCC as we have been so taken advantage of. Do not trust this company to do the right thing, ever.

Comcast became another att. Overcharge, expensive and absurd customer service. They did enhancement outside on the street on my area. Messing up my internet. I called and they said dont know what to do. They will send technician but until tomorrrow. Wait my business need internet to run the service. Tmr did they pay back what was I lose that day. And back up plan is open mobile service how to fix the internet by upcharge another service. Howwwwwwwww

14 years of service, and they still want to bill for another month after verbal disconnection over the phone. Comcast is terrible, between the price hikes, the no heads up about contracts ending, it's all a nightmare and I'm glad it's over, well Not until they get another 500 bucks out of me for not giving 30 days notice.

I asked in January 2026 for my business phone and internet to be ported to residential, due to retirement. Despite being assured that it would be done, my internet was not ported until April, my phone was not ported until June, my fax line has never been terminated at all, and despite the residential escalation team acknowledging that the fault was on Comcast's side, the business escalation team took over my complaint, told me it was all my fault, and the overcharges I've paid since January (in excess of $800) will not be refunded. If you want any changes to your service BE SURE THEY GIVE YOU A DISCONNECT FORM. Otherwise they'll just keep billing you and never do anything until you spend hours and days on the phone yelling at people.
