I received a broken item. Had sent request to customer service twice but didn’t get any response.

Beautiful, consistent full color payoff on liquid Matt lipsticks, last all day (except when eating anything with oils). Finishing powder compact has lovely natural finish and as a copper toned woman ("new Penny" in winter, "oxidized" with milk chocolate in summer) recommended color of medium dark is perfect for my "winter tone" Dark works better for me in summer. Compact itself is white but wipes clean easily, mirror is nice full size, love the quiet magnetic closure.💕🌻

I first saw Colourpop on Tik Tok n I fell in love with their products. The pigments on their eye shadow pallets are amazing. I just ordered The Nightmare before Christmas collection and I can't wait for it to arrive 😊. Also, they are very affordable. That is always a plus.

Beautiful colors

The customer service is terrible. I ordered a few items, including the going coconuts palette for my mother's birthday. She wanted this palette badly. Since I live in The Netherlands, the only option is to buy from colourpop.com and I have to wait weeks for my order to arrive plus pay an import fee. That's totally fine, and I knew this in advance. What I can't understand, is how the one palette my mom wanted can be missing from my order. It's on the items list I received with my order. Funny thing is: the order isn't even checked. There should be an "ok" stamp on the list, but it's not there. So next I fill in the form of missing items on their site. It's annoying, I will have to wait weeks for it to arrive but oh well. They simply say: "Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a replacement for your product. Please advise if you would like to receive a one time courtesy refund instead of the discount code. xoxo Colourpop Team" Are you kidding? It's a "one time courtesy" to refund me for the mistake YOU made? So now I won't receive the gift for my mom and I have paid too high of an import fee. Wow, thanks Colourpop! I won't order again.

Love my pallet

Colourpop products are outstanding. But they are really behind with de development of shipping worldwide option, the shipping and customs are really expensive and its arrives in a month to Europe, which is incredibly slow and unexplicable comparing to other US shops. Customer's attention is weak and not resolutive. It's a shame, because if those things were improved I am sure they would sell a lot more in Europe.

Honestly, I bought a couple of times and it was a good experience, the things arrived about in 3 or 5 days in perfect conditions. And the makeup has a really good quality
