Honestly I lost some faith in colourpop. I knew my order exciting candle was to be shipped separately but I waited 4 weeks to get it. I’m sad I couldn’t light for Halloween but I’m glad I finally got it. I do appreciate Customer Service was understanding of my frustration. But hey Covid made it difficult for a lot of customers. But I’m glad I finally got everything

The tracking of my package stopped working at some point (which I guess is actually DHL’s fault) and some of the shadows came broken. The rest was wonderful and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I emailed because I was sent the incorrect items. I was understanding and willing to do whatever I needed too to get get the correct items. I was told, that I received the correct collection. Even tho I was NOT. Then they just stopped replying. Poor Customer Service.

It was absolutely amazing and such a beautiful and nostalgic collection, colourpop really never misses, with their affordable prices but high quality formulas to their pop culture themes there’s something there for everyone and anyone to enjoy it will always be one of my favorite companies you guys should really think about opening up in person stores they’d do really well and I can only imagine the decor themed around every collection anyway you guys are amazing sorry I rambled.

Missing items empty boxes received, I felt a little disappointed in the customer service as there wasn’t really much thought offering vouchers to someone who is a international customer is a bit silly unless you plan to give free shipping & duties etc. I also feel as a international customer we are paying a lot more so we should be refunded with that in mind. Overall after this experience I will not be ordering from colourpop again and have unsubscribed from emails.
