I didn’t receive my order. And it is already far more then 21 working days. Customer support recommended me just to wait. Worst service EVER!

I placed an order with Colourpop Cosmetics on 9/23/2021and part of the order was missing I’ve reached out to them several times and was told to would ship separately, this was part of a Halloween Collection and today is Nov 3, 2021and I still haven’t received it. Colourpop refuses to issue a refund and still hasn’t told when when I will get it. Halloween is over so it’s not going to do me much good now but the brand is untrustworthy and has poor business practices. I feel Colourpop over sold the merchandise knowing they didn’t have the product available and once they get your money you have no other recourse. I will never purchase from them again.

Items received, it took around 6 weeks for it to arrive. Customer service is sub par, I had to send them 2 emails, after 3-4 days did not receive a reply until I commented on their social media. I received the same copy and paste email reply from two different customer service reps of theirs. I suspect some of their replies are automated.

I never received my eyeshadow palette I bought. I was charged for it but never received it. And nobody has contacted me back. Bs

I LOVE ColorPop colors and staying power. Am a flight attendant and NEED all day coverage & a POP of color!
