When I received my order I was incredibly excited. Everything looked beautiful and amazing. I noticed that I had some missing items, as well as a couple of my items being dried out. I've emailed them and haven't received a word back. When I emailed again it says I should email within 14days of receiving my package. Which I did. Disappointed, was hoping this could be resolved.

Very disappointed by the products I received fromColourpop’s Hocus Pocus launch. Some of my items arrived in smashed boxes, broken products, and items that had been touched and taken out of protective packaging. When I reached out to the customer service with details and photos I was ignored and treated as if what I had paid for didn’t matter. They refused to listen to me and kept asking for more photos when I had sent multiple times. Very uncomfortable with the way it was handled and to have nothing replaced or even refunded due to the company sending out products that were messed up is very disappointing.

Entire order was not received due to shipping delays. They could not tell me when the item would arrive. Because it was a gift and a seasonal set I asked to just return everything I had received since they couldn’t fulfill the order in time. After multiple conversations I was told per the policy I couldn’t return. I understand the policy but if a company can’t fulfill their end it is unacceptable to hold them to that policy.

Love the products. Customer service is atrocious. Should never take a month to resolve an issue and you should not have to DM on social media to get someone to respond. If the only contact available is a form on your website and you send an auto reply indicating that you have received and will respond in 24-48 hours, DO THAT!!!! Every review I have seen for ColourPop is negative due to customer service. Maybe you should drop new products every other week so you can handle your customer service issues.
