I didn’t received my order yet.

The liners i received were broken but i didnt notice until 2 weeks after i made my purchase, when i try to exchange them or get a refund it says i cant even though i was not able to get to my package until 2 weeks later... Super unfair as i thought i had 30 days. This was a collection item so it came like this when purchased.

I love the products, the last three times I have either missed an item or they come in damaged…now they have the best customer service…so four stars for the best products and service…

I ordered an eyeshadow palette the night it launched. I got an email two weeks later telling me it would be delayed. Then apparently I received an email a week later telling me my order was being cancelled. There was no number to call and gain clarification.

I loved all of the colors. with the exception of one that was a bit dry, everything else met my expectations.

Good make up pallette for a Halloween theme but not great make up could go on smoother and the colors could pop more
