After more than a month made my order I still do not receive it

Eyeshadows are the best!

Bad service, didn't refund me for items not sent and a valid reason for cancellation of my order was not given.

I have purchased many products from Colourpop time and time again since 2017 and have only ever received one broken eyeshadow in a palette (I have bought over 30!) and one wrong order. Colourpop always respond to emails in a timely manner and conduct themselves in a professional manner. They do their best to rectify issues. All items are well packed. Only downside, they discontinue a lot products regularly, so some of my HG are no longer available. Nonetheless, their products are great quality for a great price!

Great products, terrible customer service! They have no problem taking your money and then sending you a partial order. I paid for a Hocus Pocus Bundle; on my invoice I noticed they only included two items out of the three. I contacted them and they told me sorry it was out of stock but we will send it. Oct. 22 was when it was heading to DHL, it is now November 10 with no updates. At this point I am going to file a complaint with FTC, it is absolute fraud. I recommend those who have been cheated to do the same.

when my order came I was missing one of the items I ordered and after filling out a report I have yet to hear anything until I got emails asking me to write a review. the products are always great I just wish I could get this sorted out.

I love love love this brand. For the price and the quality, can't go wrong. Plus all of their colors!!!!!
