Blush purchased (born to blush) arrived in a scratched case. The blushes appeared to be swatched too! Quality of lipstick (21 questions) was mediocre too! The packaging feels light & cheap & the lipstick is not smooth to twist out.

I ordered from Colourpop because they had free international shipping, and I wanted a few things. My order was received and shipped really fast and I received it pretty quickly even though it came from the US. I'd definitely buy off the website again.

I never got my packages… it got sent back to them: I have the tracking number and I never got a refund or anybody customer service responded to my messages : Its been a month

Honestly if I could return everything I would. I purchased the hocus pocus collection that included the palette, mirror and spider face stamp. Received the palette and mirror within a week but the spider face stamp took a MONTH to come. Colourpop didn’t email it was back ordered and I had to reach out to their support to find this out. I wanted to use it for Halloween and it came the first end of the first week in November after it had been held up in California for a week as well. Once I reached out to support it started shipping to me. But colourpop support was quick to place the blame on me and notified me that because it was a high demand item they didn’t have enough readily available but that is to be expected they said. I will never order from colourpop directly again and only purchase them through ulta. Poor customer service and awful shipping times with no communication. Also the palette is not the best in comparison to the first one of this kind last year and the shade names don’t match the colors at all, definitely phoned in and doesn’t feel like there was any thought put into this.

I really wanted to love this order as I adore the cruelty-free aspect and the products looks super cute. Sadly, I regret my purchase and won’t buy from them again. Firstly, the delivery time was poor - it was 4 or 5 days before they even despatched it, then the courier held it at a depot for days before sending it on, and didn’t update the tracking info. It was 3-4wks before I received my delivery. When I did get it, I was disappointed by some of the products. The biggest disappointment was the mascara - it was literally the worst mascara I’ve ever worn - the reason? It was so dry I don’t think much actually got on to my eyelashes. If it wasn’t brand new I’d have thought it was an old, used up, desiccated mascara. The freckle pen was underwhelming and I don’t think I’ll be using it - it felt quite dry and scratchy on my skin, and the depositing of ink on my skin was inconsistent. The lipstick was fine; as hoped (the flavour was a bit much for me but I didn’t buy it to eat it). The eye shadows were ok. The blush stick felt like it could have been a bit more juicy in order to smush it around my cheeks easier, but it is fine if you make sure you have just moisturised before using. I did like the package - it was cute, and well packaged.
