I was sent the wrong order :(

User friendly website. I ordered makeup packs for my daughter for Christmas. She loves the makeup.

I'm really happy with the collection!

I ordered the Nightmare Before Xmas collection, $120 worth. They do not put insurance on their packages so if it is lost or never actually delivered there is nothing the customer can do if it's after the 14 days of "delivery". I have contacted customer service and they refuse to help. With the shipping delays I never thought anything of it, went to check the order and it said delivered but I never received it. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Not good customer service at all!!!

Love these colours for the winter months

I found it unfair as I had a credit of $12.50, which your system receives that as a "Code". Because of that I had to pay full price of the palette I ordered, which was on Sale for $12 Firstly I received the credit because my last order contained 2 palettes & BOTH were Swatched!! Which had never happened before. I didn't want a credit!! I'm an International Customer (Canada) so to use this credit I must pay shipping & tax (which is %13 & I'm always charged more) I would've preferred a new palette, especially because 1 was a gift

I noticed how my orders have been delayed and I contacted Colourpop’s customer service team immediately. They were really attentive and came up with a solution asap! Very much pleased with Colourpop, I’ve also been a loyal customer for years and they never seize to amaze me with their seevice. Kudos to the Colourpop’s team!
