It took ages for my purchase to leave the CP warehouse, and then after the week it took to transfer the package from DHL to USPS, about half the colors in the 12-pan palette weren’t glued down and spun around like a record when I’d try to touch my brush to each shade. I’ve had the occasional pan not glued into a palette from CP before, but this was ridiculous. I only bought a single 12-pan, which ended up costing about 30 bucks by the time that fabulous DHL shipping was added. Absolutely not worth what I spent for a palette of spinning discs. I used it once, and I’m waiting until I’m not so irritated to attempt to glue the pans in place.

Customer service are extremely rude and never empathize with their customers. It’s like talking with a bot. They are obviously using a poorly written script.

Colourpop is my go-to brand for cosmetics. Everything I have ever bought from this company has been luxury quality for drugstore prices. From the formula of their super shock shadows, to the collaborations with The Mandalorian, Hocus Pocus, and Nightmare before Xmas, every new set is exciting, the colour stories intriguing, and the prices affordable. Shipping *can* sometimes be a little weird. But honestly, what hasn't been a little weird while the world has been in the grips of a global pandemic? I would five Colourpop more than five stars were I able. But alas, five stars is what it will have to be. If you love intense pigments, inclusive shade ranges, and great deals, look no further than Colourpop. They are a one stop shop for everything you need to do any look, from Neutrals and wild, bold looks, they have you covered!

I have placed many orders for differ collections and have never been disappointed. Always colourpop.
