Last purchase I didn't receive any items

Very nice international service. Products came in a cute package

Haven’t received the products yet. Deeply disappointed

I like the colour pop palette because the shadows are so deeply pigmented & are quite blendable.

I love the brushes, they are soft and blend beautifully.

I didn't get everything I ordered. When I notified that I didn't get all of my items, they gave me a coupon code for the value of the missing item instead of re-shipping it at no cost, thus I had to re-order the same item with the coupon code and pay again for shipping and duties. I requested a credit on the shipping charges after explaining the situation and I was denied a credit simply because they can't credit shipping on coupon codes. The fact that they wouldn't make an exception when it was their error is quite frustrating.

Their products are awesome. Nice packaging on the outside. Pricing is in the average range.
