Initially we were sent the wrong product, which is always frustrating, but things were rectified with minimal back-and-forth. Luckily my order was not time sensitive otherwise this may have been a bigger issue than it turned out to be. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes is what I find to be most indicative of a company’s quality.
