Meh idk, good for the most part, mirrors easily broke, came in small quantities

Very pigmented colors, pretty shimmers and it arrived pretty fast! The eyeshadow feels very soft and blends well, currently the best palette I own

Love all the colours and the ones that are in good condition work great, but the brown eyeliner came completely rock solid. I tried to fix it but it wasn’t fixable so have just removed it from my collection.

I received the incorrect package and I was charged for it. I still didn’t get the eyeshadows I requested and paid for. I paid for something I didn’t order and paid for something I ordered and didn’t get. Somehow it was my fault because the eyeshadows were listed on the bottom of the email Colorpop wouldn’t except that. They sent the colors. Oh the shadows are not in stock!

Everything came in perfect it just took a while to arrive ! I love that they sell the eye shadow shades separately so people can buy a si glue shade and not a whole pallet

Customer service policies are awful, you will either receive what is clearly a bot response or a copy and paste email where a human has clearly not actually read your complaint. I have yet to receive my items or a response from a person who will actually assist me. And frankly the quality of their products has dropped significantly in the last couple of years; I will no longer be purchasing from Colourpop it's not worth the hassle.

I love how the eyeshadows are bendable, buildable, their pigmentation. It's easy to get what you want.
