The makeup looks wonderful, but I did not receive my order in full. Communication with staff was very difficult. Instead of correcting my order, I got a credit. But shipping is expensive and so using the credit will not be an option, as I will have to spend more money to get the items I wanted to purchase. So the products are good, but customer service is lacking.

Shipments are always expertly packaged, I have never received anything broken. Orders have have so far come to Canada without issue, and the one time I had an issue with an incorrect item, it was resolved promptly - Appreciate the quick communication! I wouldn't hesitate to order again from Colorpop!

I love Colourpop. So much that I plan a special budget for it ! I'm an eyeshadows lover, and theirs are so pretty, vegan and cruelty free !!! The day I'll stop buying from them will be the day of my death. Seriously, everytime I see that they sell a new palette, I make high pitched noises like the fangirl that I am.

It was my first time ordering something from colourpop, I’m from Brazil so I thought that it would take a long time to arrive but it didn’t! It was really fast! And the quality of the products that I ordered is amazing! Really pigmented shadows and bronzer, beautiful lipsticks.. I loved it and I recommended to everyone in my family! Ps.: please forgive my grammatical mistakes, English is my second language 😅
