I now own a couple eyeshadow pallets, I love that they're actually wearable for a casual looking gal like me!! I also go crazy for the liquid lips, current favorite is Lux lip in tried & true. Budget friendly, have always received my orders quickly!! ;)

I bought the dream big set. Once the item came in, multiple pallets were scratched and the plastic was melting into the mirror on the one pallet. Looked very cheap and not worth the money at all. Customer service completely ignored the issue and said it wasn’t their fault when clearly the issue was from the manufacturer and not the carrier. In the end, I would not recommend ever.

Love Colourpop! love their quality and their usually timely shipping. love the deep color of their palettes. Currently have the remedy and the facemilk for my daily routine and i glooowww. trying out their body milk and will hopefully have great results over time to help my dry skin :)

Your customer service sucks and your refund/return/fixing a order that you messed up is horrible

I have made about 5 orders by now, out of which I have received 3, and from those 2 of them had missing items.

The packaging, quality, and delivery, of the products is exceptional. Every last detail is thought about and it makes you feel beautiful and excited the moment you see the ColourPop box arrived. The quality of the products from the eyeshadow, eyeliner, glitter gel, bath bombs, every last item was top notch. I wasn't the only one to receive and use from this order and every person who received a gift absolutely loved it and said they wanted to order more. Could not have been a better experience.
