Order was not complete, Colourpop refuses to make up for their mistake by sending out replacement. Expecting their customers to reorder and pay shipping cost twice.

Managed to get the Hocus Pocus set and was not disappointed, beautiful colours. Packaged really well as usual, lovely set. Definitely would recommend Colourpop. 👍👍👍👍👍

This is the 3rd time I ordered from colourpop and I still haven't received my order. It has been about 40 days since I ordered. When I contacted colourpop customer care, the lady just told me that we shipped it and now it isn't with us. Contact your delivery partner. Well I didn't purchase my items from the delivery partner. I purchased from colourpop. So colourpop should be the one to ensure that I receive the items. If it was a one time thing, I would understand, but this is my 3rd order and it's the same. Such a shame considering I love the quality and genuinely enjoy the product.

42 days passed and i still have not received my order.
